Clevedon and District Road Club is a cycle club based in Clevedon and serves the northern part of North Somerset drawing members from Portishead, Nailsea, Backwell, Congresbury and beyond.
It was founded in 1952 and puts on weekly rides all year round. The club is affiliated to both Cycling UK, British Cycling and CTT (see Club Links ) Further Info on the club and its history can be found here
New Ladies Only Group
As part of increasing our membership and becoming more diverse we are now
going to running a ladies only group on some sundays alongside the regular rides, led by one of our experienced female riders…
CDRC Ladies – New Intermediate Ladies group Sunday mornings twice monthly. The rides run along side existing club rides starting from Clevedon at 08:30 & picking up en route at the Ship & Castle Car Park, Congresbury at 08:55 The average pace will be around 14-15mph & distance 50-60 miles Please check rides list for dates, or see below for dates – get in touch to let us know if you’d like to come along either via Facebook or on the website, using the Contact Form

Members ride from Clevedon Triangle in a single group to the pick up point, where we split into 2 or 3 groups, based on speed.
